Active Accounts

Inactive Accounts
If you haven't logged in for 24 months, we'll send you several notifications asking if you want to keep your account. After 30 months of inactivity, we automatically delete your personal data unless you're required to keep it for legal reasons.
Account Closure
When you close your account, we delete your personal information within 90 days. Some anonymized data might be retained for analytics purposes, but it can't be linked back to you. Financial records required by Vietnamese tax law are kept for the legally mandated period.
Legal Retention Requirements
Vietnamese regulations require us to keep certain financial records for up to seven years for tax and audit purposes. These records are stored securely with restricted access and deleted immediately once the retention period expires.
